hey gents. First Taco for me. 2016 TRD Sport with 3 inch lift. Bilsten 6112s in the front and 5160s in the back with Toytec Progressive Springs.

Both CV boots are leaking with a lot of blowback so it's been a while. One side had a large split in one of the creases. Thoughts? I'm sure this won't be covered under warranty bc of the lift.

Just regrease and replace the boots. It's only a couple bucks in parts of you do the work yourself.

You could also patch it up with silicone and keep running it. @zackmicf did that

no way in hell is it covered

2 inch lift is the max the boots can handle and not rip

but any non-OEM lift ..you will never be covered if you have cv or boot problems
