2016 V6 TRD Sport transmission problem

I am going to file a complaint to the NTSB about my transmission problems. I almost had a wreck yesterday because of transmission seemed to be in neutral for a few seconds.

 

my sport did this when it was new (cold December/January weather at that time) only when cold engine starting...first time putting it in drive after backing out of the garage. As the truck warmed up, it went away. This summer it has not been doing it anymore (9000 miles now).

 

The delay with the transmission engaging into drive from park or reverse is now known by the dealerships, they did a "reflash" on my transmission and that has taken care of it, for now, no problems since for the past six months or so. It was doing it all the time before that
