2017 “no audio”issue

Wuddup guys, I’m a newbie, not only to tacoma world, but to ANYTHING even close to this kinda stuff. Too old school … maybe.?¿ So i have a 2017 tacoma sport. I have, unfortunately, hit this crazy no audio… nowhere! Just kinda wanted to see if there was an ez, miracle fix thats popped up yet! Cuz… no tunes is ruining my rep! Heehee!

So to clarify, no sound when you turn the radio on?

Does the screen still turn on?

Slowly coming to a stop one day and pandora, blue toothed through my phone cuts off. No sound. The deck shows that the songs playing, & my phone shows its still playing. Its almost as if it was muted somehow. So switch to the radio… nothing. I get a phone call… it shows up on the screen: incoming call from … but no sound. At all. On anything. I’ve reset the stereo. Didnt help. One day it came on, for maybe 10 sec. then right back off. Its been close to 3 mo. now, so my wishful thinking of it miraculously fixing itself has faded.
