I looked for a video to explain to seatbelts in the rear and could not find one. Last summer I had a nephew who was going to buckle up in the back and we could not find two that matched. Is there a trick or have you had issues locating the rear seatbelts and getting them to match up?

Taking some nieces snow skiing tomorrow and need them to work.

AccessCab or DoubleCab? Carseat or just seatbelts?

I'm a bit confused about what you are asking? Maybe about a seatbelt extension?

The very center belt has a different buckle if I'm not mistaken, I had passengers back there once that got them mixed up.

Are you storing the buckles in their respective pockets in the seat back? It makes them much easier to find.

If you pull up all the seats it'll all make sense when you see the 3 different locations

I pulled the seats, looked for 10 minutes last summer and have not had a passenger since. If I remember there were two different types which was weird -we could not find two identical to line up on the rear left seat.

It shouldn't take more than five minutes to figure out. At most there are nine possible combinations of seat belt/buckle connections.

    Two kids.
Not sure if your's is similar to my 2nd gen, but I have 2 buckles together. When I pull the seat up and down sometimes they get crossed so it looks like the middle buckle is the left and vice versa. Could it be as simple as making sure those are in the right order?

The different one is for the Center Passenger, I believe they did that so you cannot mix it up with the Outer Passengers.

So I am confirming there are different buckles that will Not work together in the middle versus the outside right?

Not retards here guys, ...I swear we looked and looked and could not figure it out last summer. I need to look tonight I was just hopeful for some useful info here.
It was not as simple as being crossed,..we literally could not find the 2nd buckle that would work for either the side OR the middle to actually have a 2nd working seatbelt.

Sorry if that was not clear in the OP

@Holdfast4 I did not see any perspective pockets, I would think that would be apparent pulling the seats forward so many times. Any pics of this? Like I said I you tubed it with no luck

They can slip back down under the seat bottoms.

@shakerhood I think your referring to the access cab right? The 4 door 4x4 has seat belts for the cent seat so it's not the same

Have you folded the seat bottoms forward to look? Belts can't cross, line them up, there is your answer.

Also, if these are forward facing car seat requiring the top tether strap, I will warn you that they are a royal pain in the ass to install and secure. On my kids seat, to tighten the top tether, I had to have the seat back forward. TO have the seat back forward, the seat bottom must be up. To get the tether tight, the car seat must be tight against the seat bottom and seat back first. Which is impossible because....to tighten the top tether, I had to have the seat back forward....

This is a good reason to relocate your jack and wheel hoist tool to the other side until your kid is n a booster seat.

Do like we did in the FD,once you find where they go buckle them up,keeps them separated till you are ready too use them.

    OP... Keep this simple.

    Lift all seats
    Try all belts with connections
If one connector is actually missing... Talk to your dealer.
If you bought the truck new, and they don’t all work... Talk to the dealer.

All seats were lifted 10x as stated 3x. My dealer is not local and usually my dog is the only one to ride back there so of course it has not been a priority. Tonight I will look again. Thanks for the pics @Holdfast4 that was helpful ! what year is that I'm certain mine does not look like that but I will ck asap and post pics
