    If you are camping in a tent, you just have to be out by Monday the 4th at 11:00am.
    You can wheel until 11:59pm on the 3rd and then the Windrock Permit expires.

    Night wheeling is pretty fun at Windrock, especially going all the way to the top of the park and seeing the lights and such.
