No, and I haven't lived in Texas for almost twenty years. I just drop in and visit a few times a year to visit any one of my wife's twelve other siblings...

Debatable because of the Pineywoods... which is where I am and I love it here. I need some big trees.

My buddies from boulder/vail talk smack about transplants moving to the Springs because of mega churches and being outside of the mountains. Pretty sure they're just busting my balls because I don't live there, but like you said no vacancy and whatnot! Wish I had that no vacancy sign up over here sometimes...

In any event, I'd have beers with anyone on this forum, because tacos, and because y'all are my bros. I don't care where you're from!

The Red Runner did great but that 4cyl lacks low end power.

There's A LOT of military involvement here in the springs. So, obviously that brings all walks of life here. Those that end up here never want to leave or when they're done with their service they move here b/c they liked it so much. If my wife and I had an endless budget we would live in the mountains with land, animals, etc.. But, we gotta do the city life for the time being. One of my top beefs here is that since we get people from all over the US here, we have awful drivers. I've been involved with more close calls here, that wouldn't have been my fault, than I ever was in Arkansas for 28 years. In fact, within the first 6 months of being here my wife and I were rear-ended on the interstate, in her car, that did around 6k worth of damage.

    Anyways, I don't discriminate. I'd have a beer with a 1 legged hooker ;)
