Try the Army/Navy stores. There one in Carrollton off 35, one in Grand Prairie and one in Dallas off Garland Ave.

I have been eyeing those due to the price, they look like they would hold up decent too.

I have, they usually want an arm and a leg for them too! Army/Navy stores are expensive i feel like! And they never want to barter...

Just a FYI, there is an additional fee for the electric RV sites. I believe they must be reserved during registration.

There are bad apples in every bunch. One idiot last year actually complained that the raffle took too long and he wasn't able to wheel after due to the curfew.

He got squared away for the electric site.

Really? I would much rather win stuff than hit one more trail...

No worries, paid the fee for an electric hookup at registration.

One cool thing about the raffle was seeing people being genuinely excited to win cool stuff that they could use. I could tell that Tom was peddling as fast as he could but with so many prizes it had to take as long as it did. I believe that his idea of planting some listener/helpers around the crowd will help and now I know to bring my own much more comfortable chair with me.

Sounds like you're going to have to bribe someone to hold a spot for you. Beer would probably work.
