Nah dude, he genuinely believes Logano and Keselowski are the combined Anti-christ. I don't want to pull rank based on age or whatever, but I've been watching this stuff for damn near thirty years (I wish I could have that time back) and I've seen a lot of feuds. I've gained some perspective from seeing so many hissy fits over the years. The one thing that's changed is the media coverage. When I was a kid it seemed Davey Allison had a target on his back. I got so made when drivers dumped him. Now that I've seen so many rivalries over the decades, I just have to sit back and find a way to enjoy this one, much like Earnhardt V. Bodine in the late '80s. Both of them TOTALLY played to the media to drum up attention for the sport back then. They blatantly dumped each other and were subsequently parked for their actions.
Something Dale never did was get out of his car and size up a rival. He always used his car as a weapon. Never did he knock somebody on their rear end with his fists. He was a bully and I hated him for it when I was a kid. He would just dump people for holding him up. I remember the '93 Coke 600 when he was 15 seconds behind the leader and dumped a lap car to bring out a caution and get him back in contention. He was penalized a lap and the son of a gun still came back and won the race.

 

Totally agree, I just lay back and watch. My mom was a huge Allison fan when I was growing up so I know what you mean. I'm a big Brad fan but it'll never get in the way of watching a good rivalry or appreciating a great race!

Joey had this one coming. Kyle's not going to do shit until it matters in the chase or playoffs or whatever BS they call it now. I am a Jr fan and he has no balls so FML. Ford has been strong but that will change by mid season and I hate all things Penske and Joey will never get a championship because he is not smart enough to realize making an enemy that has the best car control since Dale Sr. Is not smart. I am not a fan of Kyle but you have to respect his ability and Joey is a brat that can't handle not getting his way.

 

Love Kyles ability to drive a car, what he lacks is control. Kyle will fuck himself over more than Joey ever can is the problem.

 

Shit, Kyle doesn't have multiple run ins every year... (Not anymore) logano does.
