    Fudge is good, no doubt.

    Sugar and fat before bedtime helps keep your bodies boiler burning through the night. Hydration is also important, so make sure you save some of your piss.

    Yes! Sugar is always down for a ride along on my expo-trips. I stay away from fatty's though. As for hydration, I definitely keep up on bodily fluids. Not into piss though, seems gross.
