*****Sold****I'm selling my 2017 OR struts and coils. Front struts and coils are still fully assembled and ready to bolt on. Rear struts are ready to go as well. Took them off my truck at just 3000 miles. Parts are good as new. I'm asking $250 for all parts bought together, with local pickup in the So Cal region.

Not too sure, never drove a sport before. However I do know that the stock Offroad is pretty smooth on and off the road. I recently lifted my truck, and upgraded the struts and coils in the process. The stock struts and coils are great and good as new.

Just wanted to chime in and say that while I haven't offroaded the Sport model I did test drive it prior to pulling the trigger on my TRD OR, and they are super smooth on the road, soak up pot holes and speed bumps like nothing, and I have wheeled it pretty hard on some backwoods GA trails and they stand up really well for a stock suspension. Not sure if they will provide a slight lift or not to your sport, but they do handle really well off road. I haven't really felt the need (yet) to change my suspension yet.

Off road suspension is a lot softer, handles bumps better but feels much more boaty on the street than the sport. The sport feels better on road but definitely harsher.

Will these squat more with weight in the bed than the Sport shocks.

I don't think there will be much of a difference as far as your squat in the rear. The leaf springs provide your load capability, the shocks simply absorb the bumps and humps. The Offroad shocks will do a better job and result in a smoother ride compared to the sport shocks.

Are the sport coils the same as on the OR?

No, the OR springs are pt# 48131-04A90 while the Spt are pt# 48131-04A60, so they are two different springs with likely a different spring rate.

The stock TRD OR suspension is the best set-up I've ever experienced on the logging roads here in BC. Really smooth even over bad corrugations and "baby heads". So good, I have no intention of changing it on my truck, unless I convince myself I "require" a lift.

Toyota really dialled the OR suspension in on the 3rd gens. It's excellent for back country travel.

I have front and rear TRD OR shocks but no coils in Southern California.

    Bump for seller!

FYI, these make for a great suspension upgrade if you have an SR5. Drastically improves road feel and bump absorption, plus it raised my front end between .5 to 1 inch.

The OR coils are progressive IIRC, and the Sport coils are linear.

Also, just an FYI for others, these will give you about an inch of lift if swapped onto a 2nd Gen.
