2017 Rear Main Seal 91k

UPDATE:
Just got the truck back from the dealer. Toyotacare platinum took care of the repair and i had a loaner from the dealer. If it fails again I will update the post. I asked the dealer about checking out the other things and they basically told me to pound sand. Thanks for all the help and I will be looking under my own truck for all the suggestions you guys gave me.

 

So what was "the repair"

 

"The repair" was a rear main seal installed.
