2017 SR Foglight installation

2017 Red Tacoma Double Cab SR

Hey guys,

I have a 2017 tacoma SR RWD and I'm wondering about installing foglights. I have a kit available but when I tried installing it, I saw there was no fuse harness (forgive me I dont know what it is actually called) in the interior fuse box to plug it in. Do I have to splice it (which I do not want to do unless absolutely necessary) or is there actually a fuse location that I have not seen. The relay is there but there doesn't seem to be a wire leading from the box. Any help is appreciated.
