    Well the paint is now peeling off the rear driver side door and the gas cover.

    I would wait and contact Javier they have a meeting with Toyota next week. Mine started just like yours and just got back for the third time. They have painted the whole truck except the bed up to this point and the body hop said the bed will eventually peel.

    Already emailed Javier. I live in New England and want to get the door painted before winter due to the salty roads. How long of a process will this be? I can't risk getting rust on the doors and body panels.

    What a turn of event for me. I took it in to a dealer last week, they said warranty expires and the advisor asked me to call the corporate office while they take some pictures and get some measurements. If the corporate approves the repair, they would have everything needed to submit to the corporate. I spent about the next hour and a half talking on the phone. Of course they said there is nothing they can do and the truck is out of warranty. I asked to speak to his supervisor, spent another half hour talking to him. Same thing nothing they can do. I hugged up and the advisor said they got everything they need and will submit to the corporate anyway. Today I got a call from the dealer, he told me that the corporate approved the repair and asked me to bring my truck in. My truck is in the shop now. I'm so happy. Yay.
