2017 Tacoma 6in bds build

I’ve read a lot of posts on here working up to this build. Been saving for about a year and I’m finally putting the work in. Putting a 6in bds coilover on my Tacoma with 35x12.5x18 nitto ridge grapplers with 18x10-24 fuel throttle wheels . Besides the plastic trimming and the hit in the gas mileage what are some little things that I should expect that don’t get talked about much
