2017 Tacoma TRD 4x4 and Radio unit stays on even when engine shut off and doors closed

I had all kinds of issues lately while allowing the battery to drop a couple of volts. Dont use truck that often and now after user techstream I was able to recalib traction, remove ABS warning issues, and key fob not working. Truck is on trickle charger perm now. Did not realize that the truck was so touchy.

Anyways, the one thing that seems to be not working correctly is the head unit. I remember that prior to the voltage drop the head unit would shut off. for some reason it stays on even with the doors closed and engine off. How to I get the original setting back? Im sure this is contributing to a parasitic voltage drop. Thank.s
