2017 Tacoma will not have height adjustable seats

    We just got the announcement of the specs on the 2017 TRD Pro and it is stated to have "4 way adjustable seat with lumbar support and 4 way adjustable passenger seat."

    This is the same way the seats are described in the 2016 Tacoma brochure.

    So it looks like no height adjustable seats in 2017

    If consumer are going to buy them the way it is, Toyota will not be changing it. 2016 Tacoma are still back ordered especially for OR model.

    Many dealerships have been telling customers that they heard the 2017 would be getting height adjustable seats. I have heard it from many people on here

    I really doubt they will redesign the redesign for at least 5 years. Even then it will be a fine tuning, just like the tundra. I hated the 2nd gen bubble look of the tundra. I love the 3rd gen. Just a bit too much truck for me.
