    Just saw this...

    What I would suggest doing to make sure the files go through the least compression during web transfer, is mildly complicated, but once you do it... it's pretty straight forward.

    A) You can generally email a single file in high enough resolution for print, or such is my experience with Gmail. JPG / JPEG is the most efficient compressed file that's easily and readily supported by all systems. PDF and TIFF formats are often preferred for high end printing applications... PDF files can usually contain a type of image data that allows it to be printed much larger than a JPG file.

    B) If email doesn't seem to jive for whatever reason, I would suggest gathering up the emails of these folks and creating a shared folder with DropBox, then each person can simply just copy and paste the high res files from within their file navigator on their computer if they've already got DropBox set up on their computers.

    I'm happy to help facilitate the DropBox stuff if you guys need me to work as a middle man for anything.

    As far as enhancing, it can be done, but it's generally a last-ditch effort because it's really not a very good option... I'd try to get the original high-res image file first, then we might be able to work on enlarging files within limits.

    Per the @tcBob , the Calendar people need these higher res - at least 1600 x 1200:

    @Danactive - (currently 800x533)
    @sytfu510 - (currently 1024x683)
    @uhplifted - (currently 799x533)
    @Shmellmopwho - (currently 1334x750)

    Thanks Capture!

    If the guys need your help, we are more than willing to accept it.

    I know @Danactive might be able to take advantage of a drop box, since gmail compressed his picture below the required limits for the calendar.

    Still haven't heard much from @sytfu510 @uhplifted and @Shmellmopwho

    For sure!

    If you decide to go that route and would like me to help create the folder and get everyone set up with it, just shoot me a list of emails and I can knock that out quickly tonight after work.

    Hey Ramon! I sent my photo to @tcBob

    He said it still wasn't the right resolution but would try to make it work. If Alex @capturecolorado could make it work easily that might be the better option

    Let's do this.

    Since gmail compresses pictures, why not uploaded on a drop box anyways? Just in case it @tcBob cant make it work, he will already have it in the drop box.

    @Danactive you down for drop box?

    I'm one foot out the door for work right now, but let's gather up the emails needed for DropBox and I'll get that going tonight when I get back. If there are files that can be uploaded to the DB folder that need to be enlarged, I can work on that once that's all sorted out.
