looks good BUT that asking price though... I mean one can pick up 16-17gen at about 28-30K now days and put 25-30K to have all brand new parts and have the same build. Not sure if you can expect that high of a return on your money spent on AM alternations. As a general rule most times you'd be lucky to see 30-50% back
