Too bad no one lived close to help OP.
At least he could have checked the basics before sending it in.

Spark, fuel, powers, grounds at the appropriate locations.

    I can understand though.
If you don’t have the tools and data, sometimes it’s batter to let someone’s else look deal with it.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Here's a wild-assed idea: fuel pump may be running but not creating enough pressure.

There was a recall on the fuel pumps. That window may have closed by now, not sure. Has anyone checked fuel pressure?

Mine is a 2017 so it wasn’t part of the fuel pump recall. I checked the VIN and there are no recalls associated with my truck unfortunately. Honestly I didn’t hear anything back from dealer today and they have had the truck for two full days now. Thinking maybe just trade it in for a new one if the repair becomes to expensive.

The sunset for recalls is like 10yrs.

They can see fuel pressure when connected.

Never said guys here doent know what they are talking about. I said that if the person with the problem doesnt know how to perform the work we are asking than you get nowhere. Alot of guys on here are very knowledgeable about their cars. Major issue of car turning but not starting are battery, fuel delivery being pump or injector , sparks, electrical being fuse and electric connector and sensors like cps. Did OP do check all of them to detail to refer back to you? t

Ah! He was limited, esp being locked behind a fence. I couldn't get to him, and he had limited tools available.

Fuel, spark, RPM signal are big questions of mine, but with the shop saying that there is a network comms issue, I'm not sure about where to even look.

Alot of things can lead to not starting. Once i couldnt start my honda civic and spent three days to find that a rat chew the wires on my coolant sensor. All it take is one sensor.

Correct. It can be something small. Just very odd that the dealer isn't finding something. I was a bit excited when they first suggested the Immo as that was my first thought also. Nothing since then though other than the network thing.

It depends on how experienced the toyota tech is. I used to have a 2000 chevy blazer and went to 3 dealers to finally get a master tech that found the problem on my blazer. He was an older guy around 50 and diagnosed it within 1 hour after i spend 3 weeks with the other two dealership. The suv would crank but wont start. It all came down to the CPS sensor.

Just wanted to update you guys. The dealership called and finally were able to get the truck running. They stuck a probe in one of the wiring harness ports and the vehicle started up.

They said it has been starting up every time since. I asked the service manager if the truck would do this again and leave me stranded and she said she doesn't know. They still don’t know what caused the issue. They said they could replace wiring harness etc and still wouldn’t know if that would resolve the issue.

I’m really thinking about trading it in seeing as I will be making a trip across country later in the year and don’t want to be stranded somewhere in Montana or Wyoming.

Those army green and lunar rock colors look pretty nice

That is good. I definitely get the nerves to trust it.

If you can, please post the info from the Work Order?

Army Green is a great color.

Well here is the fix. Highly recommend Marysville Toyota! They only charged me for a diagnostic! Maybe this will help someone in the future with the same problem.
