    I'm with you, wanted the long bed trd sport in a MT , but that's not an option here

    I wish they had JBL and the long bed option. I would have gotten both of those.

    I was in a similar boat, wanted a DCLB OR 6MT. I went with the LB and crawl control instead of the manual, and am very happy. Isn't that what really matters.

    I thought all access cabs had long beds. Same with the current gen. It is the DC longbeds that cannot get a manual since it is a different wheelbase than the rest.

    What he is saying is the AC Manual is not available in Off Road, only SR and Sport have that now.

    Before I talked to a dealer I wanted an idea of msrp on the truck I wanted. I was able to build a OR AC 6 MT. when I got to the dealer they said I couldn't get one.
    Then printed out what taco's I could get with a 6 mt

    It sucks that the Tacoma isn't available in all combinations but if I needed a double cab and I had to choose, I'd take the bed that is 16.7% shorter with a transmission that is 100% better...

    - ICON UCAs, BP51/Kings, SCS wheels, 285s, Leer 100XR canopy. Greenlane aluminum winch bumper, Smittybilt X20 winch. Trying Falken AT3w now, Really like BF KO2s.
    You could buy a cdn 2017 OR AC SB with mt for 29,000$ US, there is one at the Toyota dealership in Squamish,BC in red. Its 39,000 cdn.
