Hey y'all after a heavy snowfall we just experienced in my area when I was driving to work my BSM stopped working. I've already tried cleaning the sensor locations and looking for more information as to why my BSM stopped working. Any information about this problem would help me Thanks again..

Do you have, or have access to a scan tool that you can check for codes?

Check the rear body harness connector for corrosion or moisture. It's located forward of the bumper/hitch, driver's side of center near where the frame rail/channel ends. There are two plugs in a bracket iirc, the one you want to look at us the one that goes to the bumper area for bsm sensors and lic plate lights. If the pins look clean and dry, three next step is to check the pin for the driver's sensor for voltage with the ignition on and bsm switch pressed. There is a tsb for the lic plate light moisture in the housing, and it addresses testing the bsm pin for voltage. It should be in the tsb sticky.
