    Out of everything you listed above, the non ethanol gas is your only thing that adds a bit of power. The intake might give you a few hp, but only at wide open throttle when the engine control unit is out of the equation. Your extra octane fuel adds nothing but it does change the spark advance a bit and gives you a bit more (maybe 5) hp.
    So, pure gas and high octane gives you between 5-10 hp which is good, as long as you keep using it. Everything else? Nada.
