Thanks SixthSnail, I'll definitely make sure I research further before doing this. This is my initial attempt while I had time.

No offense and its cool to ask for advice. But you would have got far less lashback/negative posts if you had taken the time to research first and probably would have stumbled upon Bray's posts and how 285's fit, etc. Just saying.

Thanks Bray1197! So what size tires are you running and what kind are they? I'm leaning towards adding the steps, Nitto Ridge Grapplers (when they become available), and the bumper insert. Not much else I would use or want for mine...

No prob. I'd say keep it factory or go full aftermarket if you want more lift. Kings or Factory are the ways to go.

Pretty much most people buy the Pro so they don't have to do anything to it. The only real thing the Pro has thats different than an OR is that suspension. The Suspension is what gives you your lift/level. If you want more you need a whole new suspension. This is why many people like myself buy the OR instead because we planned on ripping everything out.

Zach, no worries, I can take negative feedback/lashing -- I am more concerned with figuring out who to seek advice from. Looks like I have a few now. My job does not allow for a lot of time for research -- not excuses, just my time limitations. Thanks for the replies and help!

I have 285/70/17's and yes they will rub. You can do some very minor trimming and they won't. I'll post pics of what was trimmed and I'll bet you can't tell the difference, I couldn't lol

@Bray1197 is your guy, hes the only one I know off the top of my head that uses his Pro for more than driving to Starbucks. If I owned a Pro, I would seek most advice from him. Aftermarket support is great for Tacomas, keep the Pro suspension and work with it. If you find yourself limited by it, remove it, sell it, buy better suspension.

Thanks for the feedback, comments, etc. Definitely helpful. I have started following Bray1197 and will research some of your posts/hints to get a good idea of what I'm looking to do.

Ask any questions bro I'd be happy to help!! Just an FYI I'm on Instagram more than here though and it's the same name.

And can tell all the other Pro's out there if you plan on getting gears or a front locker neither Arb or Nitro makes them yet. My truck has been in the shop since Monday and Toyota has been talking with both Arb and Nitro to solve the issue. Apparently there's two types of diffs out there on Tacomas and we(pros) have the B type which is smaller and won't fit the gears/front locker. So now I'm their guinea pig! I can tell you all parties involved are trying very hard to get me what I want since I "discovered" the problem. Well my mechanic did, not me.

Well I'm late to the party but... don't get spacers. The Pro is already leveled. You either keep it the way it is and go 265 ATs with no rubbing or stuff 285s with a bit of rubbing or replace it all... with Kings and total chaos uppers+lowers for maximum results. Should have gotten a TRD OR if going the last route though.

Thanks Doggman, will def consider if I want to go that route. I think I'll try to find the right tire size w/o rubbing and focus on front bumper/steps than the lift/level.
