Looks cool beans to me. Weird that they released this information while people are still waiting for their 2016 lol. I would cancel my order and wait for this

 

Holy shit, a '17 TRD PRO!!!!!!

 

Sounds interesting and like the did a good job on making a factory off road option. Fox shocks all around, 1 inch lift (or so I read) and rigid led's. Course I'd like to see how much all that costs vs just buying a regular and upgrading g.

 

I wonder if those fox shocks are adjustable.

From what I gathered from the Facebook release:

Performance:
-Fox coil overs non resi
-Fox Resi rear shocks
-Progressive rear springs - 4 leafs
-1" wider stance up front - Wasn't specified if the stance comes form longer lower control arms or if there are any changes in travel
-1/4" Alu skid plate
-4.1 or 4.3 rear depending on transmission (I'm guessing 4.3 for manual)

Cosmetic:
-100% better grill
-Leather Seats
-Badges/shift knob/etc...

Misc:
-Rigid fog lights
-Inclinometer (electronic)
-Manual Trans Option

 

I'm betting this will be super expensive, and that we can so better suspension upgrades for less than they offer...

My TRD OFF Road isba good starting platform, but I can get icon resevoir suspension, 3 inches of lift, and tires and other goodies for 4k lol

 

does anyone know if this will be available in Canada?

 

wider stance is wheel offset
Inclinometer, we have one now.

 

That's what I thought. The lowers looked stock.

 

wonder what the offset is....probably 12-13mm since it was one inch wider.

Is the TRD Pro an all or nothing proposition? In others words, could you get a Limited with the black TRD seats?

 

All or nothing unless someone buys one and decides to sell his seats for racing bucket seats or something.

On the press release they are saying this fall so I'd guess September when the 16 started hitting dealerships in my area last year.
