The connection is polar specific. See if you can undo the wires from the connector (I used a small automotive pick, but a super super small screwdriver might work too) then reverse the connection before you redo it and mark the wires.

    Stupid questions first.

    Sorry but, switch it on?
The OEM worked before you did the install?
    Did you check your fuses?

If the answer to these are all yes then either somehow you pulled a wire loose farther up the line or they are reversed.

Tested it with a multimeter on each light setting.
    No oem foglights before hand
    Bought the harness from toyota.
Checked the fuses didnt have the (Fog Fr) relay so i used the horn one and it still didnt work

Have you checked that harness for continuity?
Have you tried the horn after hooking things up to be sure the horn fuze didn't blow?
Did the harness come with a relay? I would assume that relay is larger than the horn relay.

What about the harness continuity? I mean its highly unlikely that a new harness is bad but what else could it be? Sorry I'm not much help.

It's been awhile since you guys installed your fogs, just wondering if the gap between the lens and the bezel caused any problems like bugs or mud getting inside the bumper?
