Here’s KBB’s list of the top 10 models based on resale value. We’ve included the vehicle’s resale value at 60 months as a percentage of the purchase price.

1. Toyota Tacoma: 58.4%
2. Toyota 4Runner: 54.5%
3. Chevy Silverado: 52.2%
4. Jeep Wrangler: 51.1%
5. Toyota Tundra: 49%
6. Chevy Colorado: 48.1%
7. Honda Ridgeline: 47.6%
8. GMC Sierra: 47.5%
9. GMC Canyon: 47.2%
10. Subaru WRX: 45.4%

 

better than the last list i saw. think they had the taco about mid list far behind the gm twins which made me LOL hard. idk who comes up with these lists though, as someone who did financing for cars for years, the residual value on asian cars is higher than any domestics 99% of the time. and only 1 sedan on the list? odd. someone predicts gas prices wont go up in the next 5 years! thought it was only suv and trucks list till i saw the wrx
