that's because husky are idiots lol.

There is no differences on the 2016 or 2017 body.
Only difference is in mechanical. The power sliding rear window. supposedly the CPS was fixed for 2017, transmissions come already recoded etc

But in terms of body anything that fits the 2016 will fit the 2017. suspension, armour, mud flaps etc are all going to fit. Nothing's really changed on the 2017, just added more things.

Parts shops don't have the part numbers for the 2017 yet.... heck even some Toyota online parts stores don't have them listed yet... it will come, don't worry. Likely only thing needed is to add the year.

Still only 2016 after all... just think how we 2016 owners felt last year at this time... the parts were actually NOT available and all the shops were getting ready for SEMA so nothing nada.. we all had to wait or get parts from the Gen2 that we figured out would fit the Gen3.

Next part for the OP should be the bed liner.. and yes the 2015 part will fit the 2017 model, unless you wanna wait until the dealer jacks you for extra money and make you wait until the database gets updated.

All parts identical...you can even buy a 2017 sliding glass window and bolt it on with the motor....

Yeah, so much isn't yet updated. Bed liner part # PT580-35050-SB for short-bed is listed as 2005-2016. Fits fine in my 2017, because the bed hasn't changed. Change -SB to -LB for long-bed.

I just got one from my local dealer; cost me the same buying from them and paying sales tax as buying on online and paying shipping.
