I am looking for 2018 OEM Tacoma badges in matte black. I have tried the PlastiDip method and it wasn't for me.
I haven't been able to find the black OEM badges for sale, but I think I saw them mentioned on TW before. I did find some black OEM badges but it wasn't the exact same lettering style that is used on the 2018's.
Does anyone know if what I'm looking for is available?
    Thanks,
    Shannon

Thanks, I saw those too, but having the opening's in the letters filled in would drive my OCD too crazy. Thanks though!

Nobody....and I mean nobody....has OCD more than me. On top of that, my Tacoma is white so it would show any dirt that builds up. Haven't seen a thing in over one year now. Don't count these out. Simple and effective way to black out your badges!

You realize the only openings in the letters are already there. The overlays do not add any openings. They fit precisely over the badge letters with no gaps. You cannot tell they weren't simply painted black.

If you don't like them, they simply pull right off. They are held on with 3m tape.

I've thought about that... I'd rather not have them than have the chrome ones. So this is a distinct possibility.

I guess, I'm not sure what you mean. What is was talking about, for example, is the letter A. The OEM badge has a hole in the top of the letter "A", while the one that you linked doesn't.

Yep. Those are 2nd gen. I'm interested as well. Would like something OEM that's going to hold up to the elements. I hadn't seen any options either.

I've done a lot of searching and haven't come up with anything either. Hopefully someone will chime in with good news, but I'm losing hope. Might end up de-badged or pull them off and get them painted.

Why not totally debadge it? No more badges cleaner looks.
