It's time for the 3rd annual TW Christmas tree build...2018 edition. This is not relegated to just trees. Any lights, decorations, inside/outside your house, apartment, your cat or dog...even your Taco. Anything festive.

We have a family tradition of putting up our tree on the Friday after Thanksgiving. So for now I will post up a pic from a previous year. After Friday I will edit with the real thing.

    Post 'em up. :santa:

I'll post pictures once we put ours up...

Doesn't matter if it's fake, does it?

Also, 2007 was the last year my parents bought a real tree. In 2008, they bought a fake prelit one.

One of the reasons my dad gave for giving up on real trees was the mess they made of his car. We had a 1996 Nissan Pathfinder, a 2004 Honda Odyssey, and a 2008 Acura TL at the time we bought the fake tree in 2008. We always used the Pathfinder to haul the tree.

In 2009, the year after we bought the fake tree, we had a brand new Tacoma in the driveway. This would have been perfect for hauling the tree!

We do a similar thing with our tree. Mainly because our cats like to chew on the wires. I will be post a pic of our tree once we finished it.

I've got a motion sensor alarm that keeps them away. We'll see how well it works with this new kitten though.

Enough chattin'. Lets see some pix folks!

My soon to be 17 year old decided her little green tree that she's had since she was 5 no longer sufficed. It's been replaced by a pink one. No ornaments yet, except the star on it. Decorations will be dug out Friday.

She has LED lights around both windows year round.

We got a live one here folks! Cut them from our property every year I've been alive. This year will be colored lights. Wife lights white, I like the colors, so we decided to do every other year and so far its worked.IMG_20171203_192450.jpg
