I dont social media, but can see your point @ryanjboutin. That "us vs. the world" shit gets him off. Personally I think its played out, but thats the card he plays.

Love the strat all the way around for the race w/rain looming. Wish VET wouldn't have thrown it away at the end there, that race with HAM at the end would have been epic. Good on Haas for the recovery to, what, 6th? I enjoyed the race over all (probably cuz I had my eyes glued to HAM and knew it would be a game changer if it rained).

    *EDIT* Xtra HAM thoughts inserted

Well that race went on its head. I feel bad for Bottas but also think it was the right call from the brain trust. Vettel WTF, Sainz WTF. Haas great, bad, then came good in the end -- whew. There was a LOT LOT LOT of overtaking. Engine parity has definitely spiced things up.

I just watch for the racing. In almost any organized activity, if you more than scratch the surface, things get weird.

I do get the off-putting taste left in your mouth. I'm a football fan and there's some players (*coughcoughTomBradycoughcough*) I find very annoying.

What does that mean. You didn't like the race? Something else?

Funny story, I just bought a Dodge 2500 from Jordon Taylor (notice the spelling). So as we headed down to OR to pick it up I explained to my wife who Jordan Taylor is. Once there she was "disappointed" that it wasn't THE Jordan Taylor, but so other poor pleb....

Ok, so, maybe that's more of a "you had to be there story".

*EDIT* Wayne Taylor Racing is from the PNW tho yea? Anyone?

Bottas was definitely faster at the time. Would have been interesting to see once HAM's tired warmed up if it would have been another battle had they let Bottas through. But from a team standpoint it made since to keep HAM in 1st and him in 2nd. He handled it rather well...least in the team radio they shared...."Ok".

Should be a good run to the end of the season though. Drivers Championship 1-2 are close and 3-4 are like 8 points. Even constructors is close with I think 8 points separating them

haha yeah. Kimi always has some fun radio conversations.

Do wonder if Bottas would have said something different if it hadn't been the (name escapes me) higher up guy at Merc.

Who wants to go to Florida. I think they've murdered and raped around 300 people so far.

Sunshine? Yepperz, I know of Jordan. He was Peyton's rehab receiver. I don't do the IG otherwise I'd check him out, but thanks for the heads up!

Maybe it would have been different if he hadn't already inked a deal for next years ride with Merc.
