2018 Lights On Audible Reminder

I’ve been doing some searches and didn’t find a definite answer. I know if the headlights are left on and the vehicle is locked, the lights will turn off at a predetermined time. It shows on the Multifunction Display to “Turn Off Lights” with a yellow exclamation point in a triangle but no audible alert. In the owners manual it states there is a visual as well as an audible alert. Can someone help verify this?

Mine does that same. Maybe ask the dealer if they can address it or maybe the Carista thing could change the settings. Let us know what you find out.

 

The audible alert is one single beep once you turn the key off.

 

I called my sales guy and he said it depends on the model. The model I have, the TRD Sport, has the Multi Function Display. So it has visual alerts. The lower models without the MFD will have the audible alerts. That makes sense but what confuses me is the owners manual says it should have both audio and visual alerts. I questioned him on that and he said it’s either audio or visual and not both. I don’t know who to believe.
