They have lots of need for volunteers. I put my time in checking people in, but @SMKYTXN needs help with blind man's bluff, trail leaders are needed, lots of little things that TTR and the Jambo committee need to make happen so everyone has a great time.

Speaking of blind mans bluff. I’m really excited to find a new trail or area for it this year. We’ve run the end of twister twice now, so it’s time for a new spot.

And yes, volunteers are welcome! Oh, I should make sure volunteers that help me through the weekend get a reward this time beyond my gratitude.

Blind man's bluff has been all you the last few years, right? Did you pick the spot or did someone else? That is a good spot because it's easy access and there are good viewing areas. I can't think of another option other than Solihull which already sees enough upside down trucks without help.

    I like that....

I will volunteer, I wanted to make a meeting, but will be working until 8 on the day of the next meeting.

    I like to volunteer FYI...

Honestly... I am trying to think of a trail that would work as well as twister that has an easy entry and enough area to go around and come back up to the finish...

We will let Nathan keep producing amazing quality patches. I'm too busy organizing the thing to add making patches to the list :p

Sounds like alot of interest in doing a part and patch swap meet? Havent read the full thread was this parts or patches or both?

I wont lie, its been on the agenda/wish list for all 11 years of me leading the thing.. its just always falls through the cracks in finding someone to organize it or coordinate a place to communicate it effectively

Given the patch craze, I can definitely see an organized meet up one night for some patch trading / selling. Maybe patch makers can do some special stuff.

A parts swap would be cool, but I could see it becoming a hassle...

To me a simple white board where people can write what they have and a way to get ahold of them would be the easiest.

Can also use if you are needing a part that you have broken to see if someone has a spare...

Patch swap would be cool as well and could be done Friday night or something during dinner or something...
