I don’t have the patience for such a long drawn out unorganized raffle I can barely hear through the speakers from the guy not knowing how to talk into a mic

My problem with the raffle was that I only carried 3 or 4 beers with me and my truck was too far away to go reload and be able to hear the numbers being called.

I expected it to last maybe an hour, not 15 days.

Yea.... if one thing needs to be improved. It would be the speaker setup for Jambo... You pretty much have to be up front to be able to hear.

Less people at the raffle, means more chances for me to win!

I usually drink vodka while wheeling - which is still easier than a bunch of beer cans. I was only chugging straight from the wine bottle because @ETXTacoma hooked me up when I ran out of my "girl beers". :p

How much did you buy in to it last year? I didn't win jack -but at least I did score an up front seat so I could hear all the numbers. I was about to die of boredom though. I assume if there are more vendors this year - the raffle will be even longer!!

Lol, I just needed a reason to get rid of those bottles... but I will be bringing a bottle of something for Jambo on top of my regularly scheduled beer.

I love wine - but I'm trying to avoid all the carbs so I'll probably stick with vodka this year. I do have that bottle of wine you gave me at home for a special occasion though!

I bought $200 of tickets, but I also sold some stuff when I go there on Thursday lol.

But yea, pretty sure there is more stuff to raffle off... kinda hope that they either start it earlier, or maybe split it up on Friday and Saturday or something?

The raffle is measured in a different timeline than most are accustomed to. We don't use hours just "many days and many nights" or "X amount of beers" or "until my ass fell asleep". The last one is usually when I give up.

I think starting it on time would help. I think it was about an hour and a half late starting this last year because people were still trying to get food. I think maybe starting dinner earlier on Saturday would help so there is time for people to get food and for them to clean up and get the raffle started on time.
