I wouldnt think you would need approval, guys bring parts and sell them anyway... Now having it organized and well advertised so everyone knows the time and place to meet might be another story.

I know some people. Baker from BakesFJ parted out his rolled FJ there last year and what didn't sell was auctioned for charity.

@cooper4x4 have you spent time on the Jambo committee to know their thoughts?

Otherwise we can just have a swap meet out by the TW tent one afternoon.

Meebe. Depends on if it's running, what else is in the fleet, and how work changes month end reporting.

It was discussed in the post-Jambo AAR, but I don't know if any plans were made for this year.

I'm planning on sponsoring Blind Man's Bluff again this year. Maybe I'll pick a harder trail this time. :D

The ruts at the top of Twister would make for a fun course!

We can try and work it out as it gets closer. I still need to do some PTO calculations to see if I can make it to Overland Expo. If I do it will be a 1 day drive on the 17th, I will probably only go to the expo 1 day and run some trails the other days. Also might stay a day or 2 after to run more trails in the area. Should probably try and fit in running to Pheonix to see my Sis but That almost seems like it will take to much time away from wheeling!
Should be a good time for you! As long as I make it out we should def run some trails!!!:mudding:
Do it! Biggest Toyota exclusive event in the USA! Something every toyota owner should experience.
Ranger eyes arent for everyone. I think a TT/LSTJ would appeal to a lot more people.

I regret and also love creating this thread now... So many things to comment on and like!

    Do it man!

I made the trip from Texas to TN for the Appalachian Toyota Round Up and loved it, right now, i don't know if I will be getting back for that though... but Jambo is one thing that you should make the time for for sure!

The raffle is pretty awesome... just expect to either win big or win nothing at all if you put money into it...

    Very nice!

    Not bad at all!

Oh this sounds awesome man! Can't wait to see what you have in store...

I should have grabbed some more of those Ranger Eyes from you last year... would have given them out as swag here an there.

    Totally doable.

    See above...

If there is not one done by Jambo themselves...

I could try and see about making the third post on this thread a swap meet area for Jambo... Can just send or tag me in a post on this thread what you have and I can post it on the front page of this thread since it would all be Tacoma related.

But I wouldn't do this until like two weeks out from Jambo...

I know for the Appalachian Toyota Round Up, they had a post on the Facebook event that people could post stuff for sale that could be sold at the Round Up... I ended up selling my ARB compressor toolbox that way.

Since I won't have a wedding to attend this year.... then I want to participate in this... already have trail damage... so what is a little more...

    I just need a co-pilot I trust...

@Zac of all trades or @trekker maybe...

I need a bigger canopy and another flag pole...

I am pretty sure I sold like three things last Jambo... a set of treds, a lightbar, and something else I think...

I have a ton of parts that I could bring, bit I'm not going to drag all that stuff to jambo only to have it sit and not sell. A thread here with what folks have for sale would be great. If it's sold and you're only delivering it to someone that's perfect. Believe me, you're going to be too busy having fun to want to sit around and wait for someone to walk by looking at your parts.

    Exactly...

A thread here that people can see what people can bring and have it paid for before hand would be the best.

I know I would not be bringing stuff just for it to sit at camp and possibly be taken by less savory folks.

I can just either create a new thread or use this thread and condense it in the third post with links to each person post or whatever.

We could also try and get a few canopy's and set them up together to make an even bigger covered area. Like our own mini pavilion. I'll probably have a 10x10 I will bring this year.

Has @G.T. been tagged yet? Hopefully he can make it this year!

Yea, that would be honestly the best... just stake that hoe down hardcore so it doesn't blow away!

    I forgot to tag him...

Hopefully he can make it this year!!!

Hell, I may get a electric campsite just for myself... came in super handy to be able to run lights and a fan and everything...

@Jamart5 will finally be able to use his pop up at Barnwell!
