    Only fished one evening from the dam for about an hour, cruised around in @Twizted s kayaks for another hour but didnt fish much. (Thanks by the way for letting us use those)

    It was busy up there, im about over summer trips, gunna stick to below freezing/raining trips i guess lol

    All i caught was some pinstripes and a sunburn. However, for once it was warm enough to go swimming, which was nice.

    The spotter is only useful if the driver listens to the spotter lol

    2wd guys rutting that shit out prettybad. UTVs choppin up the fireroads prettybad too. #overpopulatedspot in the summer these days

    Not enough to have a build thread.
    You should hit up @Fernando's spot. Warm, but never stupid hot. The rivers right there if you want to swim (not much fish that I've seen) and its snow melt water so pretty much always in the 60s. And plenty of wheeling and scenery all around to explore.

    That's Bowman these days. It wasn't like that when it was dispersed camping. November is right around the corner.

    Those UTVs are a plague on the outdoors. In my experience, the people that operate those things seem to have no respect for the trails and other people. Obnoxious lot they are. I'm sure some are good people.

    We ran into a TW member up there, just moved to sac from Seattle two months ago. The two places hed been was bowman and eagles. Said he found out about them on youtube lolol

    Ah, i thought it was all youtube.

    But thats how i found the bowman area many years ago, just looked for some lakes far away from highways.

    Was good to meet ya man, hope to see ya up there again some time :cheers:
