You can hang with the Tepui folks. They're headed up there for a few days. Maybe there today?

I bought a house in Vacaville and haven’t been up much this year. My parents have been up at the house a lot though. Just got the roof replaced and been relaxing a lot of the summer.

I hope to make it up one more time before they winterize it this year.

Have fun! Driving all the way through?

Camp at Spider or Buck island lake. Rubicon springs is also great but private property so need to pay. Just past the cabin there is a few good spots that are dispersed camping.

Wish I could go with you. I haven’t done any wheeling this year unfortunately. I’m still hoping to hit up the new part of slickrock before the snow hits.

I was looking at Spider. But I guess it just depends on how much competition there is. It's only for a week end, so don't see us making it the entire run. But what do I know. I've only been as far as Little Sluice, years ago, and I was a passenger.

You could make a little loop out of it. Icehouse road has a few campsites. We usually stay at airport flat.

Drive out Wentworth to the little sluice then turn around and come back out loon lake across the slabs. I’ve done it that way a few time. Easily done in a day as long as there isn’t any carnage.

Don't stand too close to the grill. You might burn the tip.

I know people people who like hot wieners!

I choose this time to not make a list of fore mentioned people. I don't want to hurt feelings since multiple people would be named .

Need to taco it up soon. Like to do an easy BBQ and hangout day. Prefer the woods someplace away from town. Thinking maybe next weekend? Anyone have a good spot to gather?
