Y'all must never been stuckkkkk. I was wheeling alone once and suddenly got myself into a sticky situation, after like 20 winches from different points, shoving snow and a few hour, I got out. But with the sun going down, and a long walk to anywhere, I started to get freaked out. Now I prefer to bring things to help for the things we dont plan to happen. That was in a Jeep Rubicon on 37's and tons.

It's the alone part that will get you in trouble.
    Never wheel alone.

I try not to, I was on a fire road that went from dirt to snow....and ice below and bam. Stuck as fuck. front and rear locked still nothing. In that situation, chains would have helped tremendously.

This was an active year for me. Those weekends include back packing, climbing trips, hunting trips, etc. A few of them we even got hotels for a night to be silly. But next year I will be cutting back some. I let a lot of other things sit around not getting done because of going out so much.

Yep, all on 1 trip. Slid in that thing like set of wet lips. Was able to drive forward n reverse, just didnt want to come out.
    Kinda like what she said.

I dont remember any mile marker. And actually missed the guard rail by 3", that sucker was high enough, it would have taken my door out. And that was hitting ice.

Also slide into a wall of snow sideways coming out from a side road and everyone was just standing in the middle of the roadway exit.

Im guessing single, no kids, or retired, or on the edge of divorce and about to be single with no kids. I have way to much going on in my life between family, work and other hobbies to camp that much. Nor would i want to. Maybe when i was 18-20 yrs old but dam bro there is way more to life then camping. you should probably just move into the woods.

mine did the same, i put a solid slug in its place and taped it up good as new. that was hell hole trip and not alone. but the fix was quicker then backing up the truck in front of me.
