That's crazy but I seriously don't remember. Must have been in zombie mode from my 8 month old. Working 14hr shifts and then watching him during the day has been really exhausting.

Wide open. I'm actually going to raise my Subaru and make it a little rally car. I'll have something to hammer down on. Planning to take to Pismo this year, 500hp AWD may get me into some mischief...

Although I’ll admit I’ve only done a few to date. Lots circled though. Maybe next spring when the passes open again I’ll get a few more.

They close the road to thru traffic. I go snow wheeling up there every year, it's fine. Rangers know it is a popular snow wheeling route, they have no issue with people being on it.

Great book. Mine’s about 10 years old and I feel like there should be way more checkmarks. But some of the trips weren’t in this book...

I’ve totally neglected area 3 and 8. Definitely on my list for this summer.

It's in the Plumas, just a random road I decided to drive when I saw the train stopped from the highway. I think I could have made that bridge gap in the second pic if I just went fast enough. It's up North of Quincy and got me thinking about doing this in the summer: https://www.fs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/stelprdb5428383.pdf

    anybody done the whole thing?

    Too many to count.
We did quite a few trails in a Type 3 engine up in Lassen and out in Nevada (mostly in and around Ely).
