    Appreciate it @frankybones !

No cutting needed for the 33" tires, from what I've read is that even with no lift on the pro you can fit 33's but I can't say for certain. The ride feels exactly the same, not stiffer nor bouncier. The gas is DEFINITELY noticeable, and I might look into re-gearing... but that is all a result of the tires and not the lift. When I did the lift first there was no difference in MPG or hunting for gears.

Getting about 16 MPG - this is based on seeing how many gallons I filled up per the mileage shown on that trip charge - I'd say I do about 50/50 highway and street driving.

Re-gearing is definitely mechanical but I haven't gone down the rabbit hole just yet of how difficult or how expensive or even if that will help with the MPGs.

I'm not an expert by any means but I think regearing is mostly used to compensate for bigger tires and more weight on the vehicle vs simple lifting it a few inches. That being said, if you installed this kit then I assume you likely did go up in tire size... From what I've read/heard regearing to 4.88 is good for going up to 33"s and 5.29 is good for 34"-35"s or someone with 33"s plus a lot of weight. I've been averaging around 17 MPG post install of this kit. I also upgraded my stock tires to 33"s (285/75/16 M/Ts) and have added more weight to the truck so she ain't hauling around town as quick as she used to. Regearing sort of seems inevitable if I want to keep adding weight and expecting the performance to maintain but I'm also interested in OVTune

Thanks for the info, let me know if you do go through with re-gearing... and yes, you are correct with the lift I went 33". I thought the stock tires were already underwhelming but after the lift they just looked ridiculous, looking like a guy who skipped leg day.

Any more updates? I’m getting serious about upgrading tires on my pro , so have been looking at mine closely and don’t see how I could fit 285/75 or even 255/85s without cutting ..maybe w/ an adjustable UCA, but that’s more $$ I don’t want to spend right now...

I’m running 285/75/16 at 40psi without a lift, rubbing, cutting, or a new UCA.

With the 32.8’ KO2s, you’re gaining stance, losing travel, and missing the ability to air down.

@Brent_Blacke 100% in agreement with what @BlueFourMike just said.

I too have 285/75/16 KO2's with no issues of rubbing, no cutting, and stock UCA...

Do you happen to know how much towing capacity this AAL adds to original? I had my truck loaded for the last trip we took had a my bike rack on the trailer hitch and had some sag in the rear. I had a Toytec AAL on my last truck and never had issues with sag so I am looking into upgrading rear with AAL and maybe new bump stops. Still pondering the front.

This photo is a few months old. I had the Revtek leveling kit installed yesterday. Very happy with it.

If you don’t mind me asking, how much did they charge labor for the 427ap?

I’m running the Nitro Procomp 65205K 3/1 kit. 4wheelparts did the lift for the dealership prior to purchase. Their site says the kit is not compatible with the pro but are claiming their website is incorrect and installed it for the dealership. I worked the lift into my deal so drove the truck pre-lift stock. After upgrading the wheels and tires with the installed lift I had a nasty Cali lean and a terrible ride. Today I removed the 1 inch block in the rear end and went to a 2 inch block and it looks much better. The diff spacers were installed as well. Overall happy with the trucks stance and ride quality once I got the rear end picked back up and did an alignment.

    Tires: 285/70/17 Procomp MT2’s
    Wheels: Procomp Hammer 60’s

Kit 427AP. Double checked and this should have been the right kit. I suppose the wrong spacer got packaged up by mistake. Grrrrr!

Whelp, time to call Revtek. Thanks for confirming. I was worried Fox was sending Toyota coil overs with variations in spec., or different year models were using different parts.

I considered the RevTek kit until some Vendors on here told me to completely avoid it, as well as several members. Not worth it IMO.
