2018 SR Passenger Rear Bumper Cover

About a week ago, a friend backed into my new Tacoma and cracked my rear passenger side bumper cover. This friend offered to pay for their mistake, so I began looking for a replacement part. My issue is that I am trying to keep it as cheap as possible for this friend, so buying an unpainted part and having my friend pay to also have it painted just isn't something I want to do, because I know in the long run it will just end up being decently expensive.

I have already tried to request the part(52155-04010) from my dealership, with no response a week later. I don't want this dragging on any longer, and I was just wondering if anyone knew where I could get this part direct, painted and all, or if there are even any other alternatives to replacing it. I've done a decent amount of searching with no success. I'm new to this so I could also be missing something. Anything happens, thanks!
