I have a 2018 4wd Tacoma with 19" of front 4wd wheel travel which is 4.5"/per side over stock which uses an outer U-joint/930 cv inner joints with Currie axles from Solo Motorsports, fiberglass fenders, DMZ spring under rear kit, etc. etc.
The kit does not utilize the front wheel synchronizers or sensors.

QUESTION: How do I bypass the 4wd ECU or which wire color is necessary to allow 4wd engagement/disengagement to "trick or fool" the 4wd ECU with front wheel synchronizers disconnected?

This is not an issue on the 05-15 4wd Tacomas with the XLT big wheel travel kits. Any advice???

I am relatively well versed on the 3rd gen 4wd ECU, but have not looked in this direction at all.

    Need to understand better.

You have removed the front ABS sensors (disconnected the sensors?)

Has truck thrown codes? ABS faults?

This has resulted in 4wd mode change lockout (truck refuses to try to go to 4wd)? Or truck tries and fails?

Have you tried anything, such as plug the sensors back in with them just tied up out of the way?
