2019 White Tacoma SR5

So I just got this pre-owned Tacoma and the back-up camera is not working. I checked under the tail gate and found out the harness of the camera is different from the one that goes to the fuses, which is super weird. I’m having a hard time finding the harness online. If you guys know of anyone selling it could you recommend them to me?

or if the harness is not available, Can I just hot wire them?
