    2018 Silver TRD Off Road
    Hi All,

I'm new to the forum and would like to get feedback on a build that I'm thinking about doing on my stock 18 TRD OR. I live in New Hampshire where the roads suck and our vehicles are hammered with salt. I don't off road yet but am looking to start next summer once my build is complete. My truck is a daily driver and I use it for hauling firewood on my property. I drive the truck with an empty bed, no over landing, occasional camping but those days are fading, and I rarely tow.

    The build that I'm considering…

Front Bumper/winch: Either Cali stealth or 4WP, and a Warn or Smittybuilt 10k synthetic line winch. This setup would primarily be used for widow maker blow down removal using snatch blocks, and insurance to get out of jams when off roading.

Front Suspension: 2.5" lift Ironman foam shocks, medium load springs, Ironman UCAs, and sumo sping bump stops.

Rear Suspension: No lift keep stock leafs, archive hammer hangers, and sumo spring bump stops.

I'm considering Ironman foam shocks and UCAs for their durability qualities and re-buildability should I need to overhaul them. My thinking on the lift height and spring weight is the the approx 150 lbs of bumper/winch would squat the front down to level the truck, I'd be ok with front end slightly higher than rear if not enough squat. Archive hangers should reduce the rear end hop that I get on every bump when driving. Sumo spring bump stops to help on heavy wood loads or off roading.

I'm interested to hear what people's thoughts are on my build idea, does it sound like my requirements will be met and are there any watch outs that I should consider?
