I triple checked this morning, everything is fully connected. I’m close to just driving by the local dealer and looking at a pro to see if it’s the same. It is probably just perspective.CBC47B7D-4E4F-4899-AAD1-2403F74D4927.jpg F14D481F-66FE-4DC8-914F-6064A3FEBC37.jpg D138AA69-28C7-4E72-8E56-48A01D4B21E9.jpg

Mine looks the same. The pro grill does stick out a bunch more than the others.

Anybody had trouble popping in the garnish cover on pro grille? Bottom won’t click.

I was concerned that my grille wasn’t fully inserted, that’s why I was asking to see comparable pictures lol. I was thinking “man, this thing looks installed, what am I missing??? All of these other install pictures seem a little more flush. I really don’t want to remove my front clip again, and I really don’t need this thing to rattle off on the highway. Wes, why did you do yet another mod in the middle of night you dumbass.” To answer your question more literally.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to modify it to click in. Something is impeding it from perfect fitment. Least I drove it and no error codes. Took bumps hard and it didn’t fall off. It’s pretty wedged and serving it’s purpose to protect sensor.

I pulled mine off twice, they are going in to the slots pictured below, and i feel them seating, just not as snug as factory install was. Let me know what you wind up doing please, I am definitely interested in a fix as well.C727DDF6-F4A8-4EB3-A385-7A56150C2E77.jpg73ED51F2-EC82-42C6-8710-57A1E14647D9.jpg

Try heating the clips with a heat gun and see if they will expand some. Then cool them down with some cold water to hold the shape. Just a thought

So I was able to fit the garnish in perfectly. It’s flush now. Had to open up the holes so it can clip since the holes were too small for the clips of garnish. Picture attached.

The error “Clean sensor Pre collision is disabled” pops up after rolling a few miles. I will drive it a few miles to see if it learns it. All cables are tight. The sensor is clean and tight. The cover is clean and tight. If it doesn’t go away, I will troubleshoot Sunday. So I can put a few hundred miles on it.

    A few....
Alright guys. I've installed the pro grille and oem radar garnish. Grille is from ebay "Chinese knockoff" but the sensor cover is oem Toyota. All went together fine. I drove my truck for the first time today and I get the "clean sensor" notification and then my tss off light comes on. I drove about 30 to 35 miles today with a mix if 1 or 2 miles trips to 15 miles trips. Weather was foggy and misty rain first thing this morning but the afternoon was sunny and clear. The warning and tss off happened every time. I've read this entire thread over the past couple weeks and have seen a mix of experiences. How long before my system recalibrates itself? Thanks so much!20190222_170321.jpg

Has anyone successfully adapted this to their BAmF raptor style grill ? My buddy is going to try to fab something up but will the sensor read thru a thin piece aluminum or does it have to be something similar to the Toyota plastic ?
