Snapped a couple pics of the TRD snorkel at the NY International Auto Show. Looks like it’s a no-go if you’re running a non-factory roof rack (though I could wrong...)

Also, Looks like it’s a no-go if you have any self respect.:) But 10x better than the safari alternative if you simply have to have an abortion on the side of your fender.

No one wants that ugly ass elephant trunk looking shit going up the side of their windshield. How many PRO owners are actually going to need a snorkel? Like 1% maybe not even?

Ranger raptor is going to shit on this thing with the 4cyl 300hp ecoboost. Sorry I love my Tacoma but Toyota needs to give us more truck for the money.

TRD airbox is what, $450ish for a new lid and filter? Bet this will cost $1k. Probably more.

    Man that thing is ugly...

    Oh man...that thing looks dumb.
I mean, I know the whole TRD Pro lie is dumb, but I bought into it and dammit I like it. [mumbles about stupid broken shitty windshield with dumb GoPro mount...]

But I don't like that thing. "I'm a dick", it proclaims.

No offense if you want/get one. It's all opinion...and I'll admit, I've not seen it in person.

I bet will be plenty of '17ers that will swap their trucks for that abomination in 5-7 months.

not gonna lie, a factory snorkel option is pretty cool. just poor execution, that’s all. lines are important, and they missed the mark imo.

I'll see what I can do. Usually they don't let you inside the Pro trim level.
