2019 Bed storage built ins?

2019 Tacoma TRD OffRoad

so apparently all models of the 3rd Gen came with storage or power outlets on both sides of the bed just in front of the tailgate. UNTIL 2019.. then we only get passenger side poer or storage combos.

My question is this.... can I just order the parts from toyota and put a drivers side box in my 2019? its great place for straps or hold downs, and I like more storage, keeps my truck organized and my OCD busy...

Anybody taken it this far?
