Yeah I didn’t want to run all over the state in the middle of winter. Might’ve saved but the roads can be a pain in the ass sometimes. Besides, online sales reps here are horrible. It’s almost like we just got the Internet sometimes.

Good to know though. Probably be a bit more choosy when we get the wife’s 4Runner in a couple years.

Why do people hate the rear drums so much? Next people are going to want an electric parking brake.

My one car has a push button parking brake on the shifter. I pull up the E-brake every time I turn the car off. I don't trust it

lol your post had me curious and looking online.

Hmm one of the no haggle dealer near me supposedly has a 2019 Tundra Double cab SR5 4WD for $32,246.00.

Not exactly sure what rebates it has applied to that price. Looks like Toyota Financial has a $3k rebate going on for around here.

Originally I started to look at the Tundra double cab after seeing a post somewhere that you could get one for $29k. But when I was looking it was at least $35k, and I think closer to $40k.

The double cab Tundra had the same issue as my previous truck. Where the rear seat backs are angled practically straight up making it uncomfortable to sit in. And for myself, it would've been nice if Toyota offered the double cab with a six foot bed instead of six foot six. So am keeping this in mind to resist but it sure is tempting.

I agree. I worked my deal online with my local dealer's internet sales department. They sent me their best price ($6400 under sticker). I agreed and went in and signed the paperwork. In my case it was probably easier when there is no trade in involved.

I did the same! I bought a late build 2016 in July 2016. Got a great deal. I really want Car play... But aftermarket is soo reasonable for Head units, I can't see how the new Carplay OEM head unti will be affordable.

Your right. I’ve emailed the online manager, and all I received back, was a preformed response. So unprofessional.

I just bought my 2019 cement TRD OR a couple weeks ago MSRP was $39898 and got it for $34700. I'm happy with it.

The ranger is taking market share from the low end of the F150 market.

I'm sure someone thought they got a deal when they bought their 2010 Ranger. What is that worth now $7000, what is a 2010 Tacoma worth?

Depending on model.. at least 19k. That’s what I got for my 08’ OR DCSB when it got totaled. In retrospect, wife’s 08’ Acura with leather and nav is worth 6k.

Yeah I just can't see the new Ranger holding value, even if it is not the piece of unreliable crap lots of 06-11 Fords were.

I almost bought a new Ranger, if the backseat wasn't smaller than the access cab Tacoma I would have. It isn't a "new" truck, it has been around for 5 years in OZ and Europe, of course they get diesel engines.

I don't see Rangers holding value, but there's always someone in the market for a used truck. I'd like to see how the fleet Rangers hold up.
