2019 Entune bluetooth audio issue

2019 TRD offroad with factory entune with navigation, non-jbl, When listening to music through bluetooth, (using Amazon music app, music all saved to device not streaming), the entune radio will restart a song for no apparent reason. the unit is not rebooting, just starting from the beginning of the song as if i pressed the back button on the steering wheel controls. I use the app all the time in and out of the vehicle and the issue only occurs in the truck. I cannot replicate the problem on command. does anyone have the same issue or a solution?

 

Is there a system update available for your Entune system?

Does the Entune system do this with any other audio you are streaming from different apps?

Also, you might try restarting your phone. I know it sounds stupid, but in my past vehicles a simple phone restart often fixed my Bluetooth issues.
