Anyone know if the factory fender flares can be removed easy? Also are there any holes under them?

Kinda. I did recently after correcting installation after dent repair. There are youtube videos.
-remove all visible screws and clips.
-start from the bottom(mud guard) and pry slowly; may need to use something to break adhesive (thin plastic card, dental floss)
-there are 9-10 clips (6 blue and 3 orange) that hold the flare, so pull slowly.
