I was just sad LeClarc didnt/couldnt fight back after being passed. Once Max passed he just sort of fell back and that was the end of it. Was hoping with DRS he could at least stay close and pressure Max a bit.

Honda sure has come along. Nice to see them put out something that can win races.

Im rather enjoying watching Lando too. Probably been my favorite to watch the last couple of races

I suspect RB's temperature management strategy had much more to do with it than Honda finally having a powerplant that can compete on par with Ferrari and Merc.

I agree, finally a great race. Anyone else feel like Ferrari lost the race because of bad strategy again? I don't want to take away from Max's epic drive, but there was nothing Leclerc could do. His tires weren't up to the task.

I enjoyed the entire race but if you look at the previous lap Max turned in early and gave Leclerc room and Leclerc was able to stay in front, on the lap where Max overtook Leclerc you can see he turned way late to force Leclerc wide, with that being said if Leclerc had the car or the will to win it really didn't show because he never challenge Max for the win after the pass. Max had the car to beat clearly.

Leclerc could have blocked the inside but didn't. His fault for letting him get the inside line. I'm sure the teams told him he was passing on the inside.

This is what I've been thinking. If he defended the inside, Max would've had to go the long way. Either way it was a matter of time. Max was making up time like crazy. He knew he had to make an aggressive move before the tires went off, and aggressive was what we saw. The way Max pulled away from Charl meant he had nothing left for Max.

Max tried the inside both times.....first time he turned in at the apex, second time he pushed wide. Why would Leclerc think any different if it was the same move. Granted Leclerc was going to lose either way because Max was clearly faster.

This isn't even remotely close to F1 but since it's not a race weekend what's the harm? I remember this guy and the drug case. Indy was a big deal at the time.

Last thing Daniel needs is another young teammate showing him up. I'd rather see Alonso come back if only for a year but I don't see Vettel retiring or being replaced.

I think Alonso returns to Ferrari if Vettel bails at end of this season

I haven’t heard anything about Vettel leaving. Is this just rumor, or is there something there?
